About PAN-UK

The Pakistani Actuarial Network (PAN UK) was founded by Naz Ali (Senior Actuary) in 2024 and is an independent and non-profit making membership organisation for all actuaries, in particular actuaries of Pakistani origin living and working in the UK and abroad.

Naz founded PAN UK with a vision to connect all Pakistani actuaries, both in the UK and globally, to create a strong, supportive network. Previously, there was no dedicated platform effectively bringing together professionals of Pakistani origin in this field.

Recognising the need for a platform where professionals of Pakistani origin could come together, PAN UK aims to foster connections that would transcend geographical boundaries, enabling members to share knowledge, collaborate, and advance their careers collectively.

To provide a dedicated networking platform for Pakistani origin actuaries based in the UK
Facilitate interactions and foster a sense of community among members.
Serve as a communication hub for UK-based Pakistani actuaries, promoting global collaboration and facilitating knowledge exchange with other Pakistani actuarial associations and networks worldwide.

Professional, Educational, and Social Events

Empowering Growth Through Learning, Connection, and Community

To bring Pakistani actuaries and students together at professional, educational, social events and offer mentorship programs, career guidance, and exam preparation support.
To provide advice and support to Pakistani students of actuarial science in the UK who are interested in joining the UK profession.
Organise seminars, workshops, and social gatherings to enhance professional development and foster a supportive community.

To promote the interests of Pakistani actuaries working in different parts of the world by sharing their educational and professional experiences.
